How to use

Before first use, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for 3 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly and, if available, use the INTIMICHIC sterilizer spray then let the cup dry. Optionally apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the rim for easier initial insertion. Find a comfortable, relaxed position. Compress the cup as low as possible with your fingers and insert it obliquely toward the bottom of the vagina — placement is lower than a tampon. Once released, the cup will unfold and seal against the vaginal wall to collect flow. To remove, reach the lower stem, gently pull the base to break the seal and remove carefully to empty the contents. After each cycle, wash with hot water and pH-neutral soap, sterilize as needed, and store in the included cloth bag.
