Without any additional cost you can change the delivery date of your order before it is given to the courier. Once the orders status changes to “handed to courier”, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee when changing the date.

Yes. If you are unable to carry your order inside your house, we can do it for you, for an extra fee.
My order contains large or heavy items. Do I have to pay extra for delivery?
Yes. In cases, where, the order contains large or heavy items, you will be required to pay for a large sized order delivery.
I want my order to be left at my door with no contact with others. Is this possible?
If you wish to receive your order without contact then we advise you to choose delivery to a parcel station. In cases where the delivery is handled by a courier or a delivery point it is not possible to receive your order without contact.
How do I check my order when receiving it from a courier or at a delivery point?
First of all check the delivery box. It has to be in perfect condition. After that open it and check to see if all the items you ordered are inside and that none of them have deformations.
In case some items are missing or the box has been torn:

The situation can be solved faster if you have any photo or video evidence of the unboxing or torn packaging. For video materials we recommend that you upload them to a cloud like Google Drive and send us a link.
