INTIMICHIC menstrual cup Size L is a reusable menstrual cup made from 100% medical-grade silicone. Developed with specialized doctors, it collects menstrual flow without absorbing it, adapts to the vaginal walls to prevent leaks, does not alter the vaginal mucosa and does not impede natural lubrication. Lightweight and compact, this pink Size L cup is suitable for users who need larger capacity or prefer a larger fit; it is compatible with IUDs and contraceptive rings and is intended as a sustainable alternative to disposable pads and tampons.
Advantages
The cup is made of medical-grade silicone that is biocompatible and hypoallergenic, reducing the risk of irritation or inflammation. It is compatible with intrauterine devices and contraceptive rings, suitable for sports, travel and sleep, and designed for long service life — the material allows use for approximately 10 years, making it an economical option over time. The soft, smooth interior texture facilitates comfortable insertion and removal.

How to use
Before first use, sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for 3 minutes. Wash hands thoroughly and, if available, use the INTIMICHIC sterilizer spray then let the cup dry. Optionally apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the rim for easier initial insertion. Find a comfortable, relaxed position. Compress the cup as low as possible with your fingers and insert it obliquely toward the bottom of the vagina — placement is lower than a tampon. Once released, the cup will unfold and seal against the vaginal wall to collect flow. To remove, reach the lower stem, gently pull the base to break the seal and remove carefully to empty the contents. After each cycle, wash with hot water and pH-neutral soap, sterilize as needed, and store in the included cloth bag.
Usage recommendations
Follow the sizing guidance: use Size L if you are over 25 years old or if you are under 25 but have had a vaginal birth; choose Size S in the opposite cases. Clean and sterilize the cup before first use and between cycles. Replace the cup according to the manufacturer’s guidance, and consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about IUD compatibility, unusual discomfort, or signs of irritation.
