Moressa OSIAN Set Premium vaginal balls are made from 100% hypoallergenic silicone with a smooth, velvety finish. The ergonomic, almost imperceptible shape and turquoise colour make them suitable for pelvic floor training from beginner to advanced levels. Inserted similarly to a tampon, the internal rotating beads create silent, involuntary contractions of the pelvic floor muscles during everyday movement to help strengthen and tone them.
Advantages
The set provides a graduated training system with three progressive weights and similar diameters for gradual pelvic floor strengthening. The silicone surface is smooth for easier insertion and comfortable wear, and the material is body-safe and easy to clean. Regular short sessions with the OSIAN balls can help reduce urinary incontinence, improve postpartum recovery, enhance sexual sensitivity and intensify orgasm.
Suitable for
- Beginner pelvic floor training and Kegel exercises

How to use
Apply a water-based lubricant to the ball and to the vaginal opening for easier insertion. Insert the first ball as you would a tampon and wear it during light daily activities for up to 15 minutes initially. When you can comfortably retain the first ball, progress to the next weight in the set and repeat the process; continue advancing through the set as retention improves. Follow the gradual progression and perform short, regular sessions for best results.
Usage recommendations
Use only water-based lubricants with silicone products. Clean the balls before and after each use with warm water and neutral soap, and store them in a dust-free place away from other toys made of different materials, direct sunlight and high temperatures. Do not use silicone-based lubricants, oils or creams on silicone toys. Consult a midwife or gynaecologist if you have medical concerns. The product includes a 2-year warranty.
