How to use

Apply a water-based lubricant to the ball and to the vaginal opening for easier insertion. Insert the Kegel ball like a tampon, leaving the retrieval cord outside the body. Wear the device during short, regular sessions—start with the 28 g ball for up to 15 minutes a day while moving. When you can comfortably retain the lighter weight, progress to the 50 g set. During daily activities the internal rotations will trigger involuntary pelvic contractions; focus on consistency and gradual progression to build pelvic strength.

Usage recommendations

Use only water-based lubricants (for example Aqua™, BioAqua™, Coquette™ or Waterfeel™).
