This penis sleeve increases girth by approximately 33% and helps support the erection. Made from soft, stretchy, skin-like TPE (Real Feel), the sleeve is designed to be worn over an erect penis. It has an open tip so the glans remain uncovered, and the material can be trimmed to fit. The sleeve includes an integrated flexible testicle ring to help keep the sleeve securely in place during use.
Advantages
The soft, flexible TPE material provides a realistic feel and stretches to accommodate size variations. The integrated testicle ring improves retention so the sleeve is less likely to slip off. The open-tip design preserves sensitivity at the glans, and the sleeve can be cut to customize length. Clear size specifications help users choose suitable fit.
Key specifications
- Material: TPE (Real Feel)
- Effect on girth: makes penis approximately 33% thicker
- Total sleeve length: 17.7 cm
- Outer width: 3.5 cm
- Inner diameter: 2.5 cm (flexible)

How to use
Slide the tight-fitting sleeve over an erect penis until the integrated testicle ring sits comfortably around the testicles to help hold the sleeve in place. Adjust position as needed and trim the open tip if a shorter length is preferred. Use with a compatible water-based lubricant to ease application and protect the TPE material; avoid silicone- or oil-based lubricants that can damage TPE. Clean the sleeve after each use according to material care instructions and store it in a dry, cool place.
Recommendations
Check the sleeve dimensions and test fit carefully; if you experience discomfort or circulation issues, discontinue use. Use water-based lubricants with TPE products and follow hygiene recommendations: clean before and after use and allow to dry fully.
