Benefits:
While the product is relatively cheap and the multiple different sized rings are nice, especially since i was over zealous when choosing the size S, as the rings that go around the balls are so ridiculously small, i could only use the largest one for longer than a few hours, so be careful with the size selection even if you are a "grower"

Disadvantages:
I managed to break the largest ring in a few days, seemingly shattered with little to no force, which prompted me to move down a size, which seemed super tight at first, but i got used to it after a few wears, but then the ring that goes around the balls shattered in the same spot as the last one, and the remaining rings are way too small for me to use.So i would recommend choosing the size carefully, and im not sure if i can recommend this product to anyone because of how damage prone the weak points are on the ball rings, as the spot where everything links together with the plastic pins, is super prone to breaking (marked the point that breaks easily in the picture) - Either the pins should be smaller to allow for more mass on the smaller pin rings, or scale everything up, as the thin plastic is not durable enough in the marked spot.
