The oldest player begins by placing a card; the other player must then play a card that matches either the illustration or the word of the card on the table. If a player has no matching card, they draw one from the draw pile and forfeit that turn. When a card matching the previous card’s word is played, the player who played it performs the action indicated on that card immediately. Wild cards (8 total, two of each type) may be played at any time during a turn; when played, the opponent must perform the wild-card action, and the player who played the wild card declares a new word and illustration to continue the play.
