How to use
Select the appropriate ball weight according to your current fitness level and training goals. Apply a water-based lubricant to the product for smooth and comfortable insertion. Gently insert the ball into the vagina, ensuring the retrieval cord remains outside the body for easy removal. Perform contractions of the pelvic floor muscles as guided by the included training manual. After use, pull gently on the cord to remove the product, and wash it thoroughly with warm water and mild soap or a specialized toy cleaner.
What to consider before purchase
Assess your current pelvic floor strength to choose the right starting level
Ensure compatibility with water-based lubricants only, as silicone-based products can damage the material
Review potential contraindications with a medical professional if you have underlying pelvic conditions
