Key specifications
Material: 100% body-safe medical-grade silicone
Free from phthalates and certified for intimate use
Set composition: 3 progressive weights and sizes
Waterproof design suitable for use in water
How to use
Begin by selecting the appropriate weight level based on your current muscle strength and training experience, starting with the lightest option if you are a beginner or recovering from childbirth. Ensure the product is thoroughly cleaned with mild soap and warm water or a specialized toy cleaner before and after each use. Apply a water-based lubricant if necessary to ensure smooth and comfortable insertion. Insert the ball gently into the vagina, leaving the retrieval cord outside for easy removal. Wear the product during light physical activity or daily tasks for the recommended duration, then gently pull the cord to remove it when finished.
What to consider before purchase
Assess your current pelvic floor strength to determine if a progressive 3-ball set matches your training goals
Verify compatibility with water-based lubricants, as silicone products can be sensitive to certain chemical compositions
Review medical history to ensure internal pelvic exercise is safe for your body
For best results, clean the INTENSE Charli Kegel Ball Kit Light Jade Green thoroughly before and after every session, store it in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight, and always use water-based lubricants to preserve the integrity of the medical-grade silicone material.
